Within a surprise go to the CEO of Level-5, Akihiro Hino, dropped by, and over drinks, jested that the group must bring back the Yo-Kai Watch collaboration event. At the least, everybody although it was in jest, till Square Enix flipped a switch and brought back the occasion yesterday. This may be completely scripted obviously, however the truth remains — it’s back.

For those of you who have not partaken but, the collab is essentially an further questline that lets you unlock extra minions, weapons, and mounts in the Yo-Kai Watch franchise. Head to the Golden Saucer to choose up the actual titular Watch, then equip it and complete FATEs across La Noscea, Black Shroud, and earn cheap FFXIV Gil medals for minions. By equipping specific minions in specific places, you’ll be able to earn weapon tokens, and sooner or later unlock the Whisper mount.

It is a bit of a grind if you want every thing, but the unlocks are so damn cute it really is worth it.
